Community Grants Program

All community and sporting groups wishing to apply for the Community Grants Program must ensure their applications for cash and in-kind support are submitted within the ‘round dates’. Applications submitted outside of the ‘round dates’ WILL NOT be accepted. Should the need arise for in-kind assistance outside these dates, please phone a member of the community development team.

Applications Open 15 July – 29 July 2024

• Grant assessment panel meet following week
• Decision to go to next Council meeting for endorsement
• Applicants notified of the outcome after Council meeting

Round 2

Applications Open 1 October – 14 October 2024

• Grant assessment panel meet following week
• Decision to go to next Council meeting for endorsement
• Applicants notified of the outcome after Council meeting

Round 3

Applications Open 1 January – 14 January 2025

• Grant assessment panel meet following week
• Decision to go to next Council meeting for endorsement
• Applicants notified of the outcome after Council meeting

Round 4

Applications Open 1 April – 14 April 2025

• Grant assessment panel meet following week
• Decision to go to next Council meeting for endorsement
• Applicants notified of the outcome after Council meeting
