We are seeking applications for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Expenditure Services Team.

About the role:

This position is suited to someone with knowledge of administrative and financial practices and procedures. The Accounts Payable Officer will require proficient computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office Systems and Accounts Payable systems, in particular Excel and Technology One.

Good communication skills are essential, as the successful applicant will be communicating with creditors and internal stakeholders to resolve requests and reply to correspondence. This position involves attention to detail and ensuring deadlines are met so time management is key to successfully achieve these.

The applicable salary is to a ceiling of Level 3 ($86,249pa) with the commencing salary dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
