Customer Service Standards
The Customer Service Standard for Water and Wastewater was adopted by Council at its meeting on Tuesday 9 June 2020 and is available in the related documents section.
Alternatively a hard copy can be collected from Council’s Customer Service Centre. The Customer Service Standard is required to be reviewed by Council every five years.

Responding to Water and Wastewater Service Requests
Requests for maintenance of Council's Water and Wastewater networks must be made through Council's Customer Service System.
System faults include damaged water and wastewater mains, blocked or overflowing wastewater mains and faulty water meters including the isolating stopcock.
This service does not include faults associated with water plumbing or house drains within your property.
After hours service requests can be made by calling Council at any time. For further information, please see the Report a Fault or Issue section on this page.
