The following Burdekin Shire Council Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMP’s) support Council’s Corporate Plan, which plays a vital role in the future direction of our Shire.

The SAMP’s provide information on managing infrastructure assets over ten years and beyond, with the aim of delivering accurate renewal and maintenance projections to guide Council’s Operational Plans and future Budgets.

The 2018-2020 Strategic Asset Management Plans were adopted by Council on Tuesday, 22 May 2018.

The Executive Level Strategic Asset Management Plan provides an aggregated view of the proposed expenditure presented in each infrastructure strategic asset management plan can be downloaded from the related documents below.  The detailed plans can also be downloaded below. 

The Strategic Asset Management Plans (2018-2020) are currently under review and will be finalised in late 2022.
