Council undertakes a survey to identify opportunities in the Library and Theatre Services
Council is undertaking a survey to identifying opportunities to enhance services at Council Libraries and the Burdekin Theatre.
With a strong focus on growth and development, Council is committed to ensuring these services meet the needs of current and future users and further increase participation and attendance.
Council has partnered with CERM PI, a leader in benchmarking research from the University of South Australia, to undertake the surveys.
Burdekin Shire Council Mayor Lyn McLaughlin said the survey would be conducted using a random sample of residents.
"If you are contacted, I encourage you to participate in the survey and have your say,” Cr McLaughlin said.
“Each participant will go in the draw to win one of two $300 Burdekin Gift Cards, which will go towards supporting local businesses and the community.
“The results will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Burdekin's Library and Theatre services.”
Members of the Burdekin Library will receive an email link to complete the survey. If you would like to have your say join the Burdekin Library today or phone 4783 9970 for more information.
